* Raspberry bread is a nice change up from banana or pumpkin! Recipe makes 1 mini loaf or 3 muffins.

  • 2/3 cup Truly AIP All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 2 oz. raspberries, blended with:
    • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    • 1 Tbsp. oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until no lumps remain and pour into parchment lined 5" x 3" mini loaf pan or 3 paper lined muffin cups. Bake for 18-21 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
