* Have a few hearty meals ready for the week in minimal time with this savory hash that can be breakfast, lunch or dinner! 

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large sweet potato, cubed
  • 2 cups of any leafy greens
  • 2-3 tsp. Truly AIP All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 cup broth or water
Brown lamb in large skillet over low-medium heat. Add onions and broth, as needed, and cook until softened. Add sweet potato cubes, seasonings and more broth and stir to combine well. Cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally and adding broth as needed, for about 8 minutes, then add in greens and cook for about 2 minutes more, until sweet potato can be pierced easily with a fork and greens are wilted. Share with your family or enjoy throughout the week!
