- 1/2 cup Truly AIP Rustic Bread Mix
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
Whisk or blend all ingredients together until no clumps remain. Batter will be very thin. Preheat a nonstick pan on medium-low. Lightly oil before cooking first crepe. Using about 1/8 cup of batter for each crepe, pour and spread quickly on your pan. Cook for about 45-60 seconds, then gently flip and cook for another minute. Add some strawberries, roll it up and drizzle with coconut cream sweetened with maple syrup, if desired. 1-2 servings
