* This is a great addition to the end of a festive holiday meal. It can easily work as a reintroduction with the addition of gluten free rolled oats!
In an 8x8 baking dish, mix the following ingredients together.
- 5-6 cups chopped apples
- 2 cups cranberries, chopped
- 3 Tbsp tapioca or arrowroot starch
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture.
Topping:
- 1 cup Truly AIP All Purpose Baking Mix
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or palm shortening, melted
- 1 cup GF rolled oats OR sliced tigernuts
