* Our bread mix waffles are so easy, and so filling that you will be satisfied for hours! They are slightly denser than your typical SAD waffle, but they are crisp on the outside. To make them, mix the following ingredients together until smooth:
- 3/4 cup Truly AIP Rustic Bread Mix
- 1/2 cup plus 1-2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together and let rest while waffle maker heats up. Lightly grease preheated waffle maker and pour batter in the middle. Bake according to your waffle maker's directions. Ours take about 4 minutes on medium heat.
Makes one filling Belgian style waffle. Enjoy!
