    Blueberry Batter

    • 1/2 cup blueberries 
    • 2 Tbsp oil
    • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 2/3 cup Truly AIP All Purpose Baking Mix

    Lemon Batter

    • 2 Tbsp oil
    • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 
    • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
    • Zest of one large lemon
    • 2/3 cup Truly AIP All Purpose Baking Mix

    Raspberry Batter

    • 1/2 cup raspberries 
    • 2 Tbsp oil
    • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 2/3 cup Truly AIP All Purpose Baking Mix
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8x4 loaf pan with parchment. Mix each batter recipe in a separate bowl, crushing berries slightly. Layer each batter into pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Cover after 25 minutes to prevent over browning. Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
