* When you need a dessert for 2, or just for yourself for a couple days!

  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon 
  • 1-2 tsp. Tapioca starch 
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup

Combine all in a small saucepan and cook on low until apples are softened. Put in a small baking dish and top with crumble.

Crumble 

  • 1 cup Truly AIP All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Palm shortening 
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Tiger Nut Flakes (or oats, if tolerated)

Mix ingredients together and crumble evenly over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes until golden brown and apples are bubbly.
