* Apples and cinnamon are always an amazing combo, but these allergy friendly and AIP donuts are out of this world delicious! 

  • 1 cup Truly AIP All-Purpose Baking Mix 
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/3 cup applesauce 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup oil

Mix ingredients together until smooth, then pipe or spoon batter into donut pan (makes 6 regular size). Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, then flip out onto wire rack to cool. Brush with oil of your choice and sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture over the top. (Coconut sugar or maple sugar work well for this) Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee alternative!
