Ranch Seasoning - AIP - Add to coconut milk yogurt or avocado for autoimmune protocol compliant dressing
Our ranch seasoning was created so you can make your dip or dressing the way it works for you! This is an excellent way to reduce your intake of commercial dressings made with sugar and seed oils, even if you are not dairy free.
AIP friendly ingredients: garlic powder, sea salt, onion powder, dill weed, chive flakes and parsley
All you need is a little lemon juice and your base of choice; coconut milk yogurt or mashed avocado both work well to keep it AIP. Plain dairy yogurt or other alternatives work well, too. Add 2 teaspoons seasoning and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to 1/2 cup of yogurt or avocado to start. Taste and add a little more of either or both until you are satisfied! Add water to thin to a pourable consistency, if desired. (You may need to add a little more seasoning or lemon juice depending on how much extra liquid you add).
A 5.1 oz. jar will give you approximately 18 batches. A 10 oz. jar will yield about 36 batches.
