This is not your typical taco seasoning, because it can't be! Peppers and seed spices can flare those of us with autoimmune symptoms. This seasoning shines when combined with other toppings typically added to tacos or burritos. My favorites are avocado or guac, compliant plain coconut yogurt, lettuce, cilantro, onions and olives. Chopped mango and red onions are superb on fish tacos!
This is an AIP FRIENDLY BLEND OF SIMPLE INGREDIENTS - pink Himalayan salt, onion, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, cilantro, garlic and horseradish powder.
Add a 2-3 teaspoons to shrimp or cod for fish tacos. For beef or poultry, start with 3 tsp. per pound of meat, taste and add more, if necessary.
