This blend is the perfect addition to a nightshade free, low fodmap or autoimmune friendly diet! It is a savory blend of sage, pink himalayan salt, mace (the outer covering of nutmeg), thyme, ginger, and horseradish.
Sprinkle on almost any meat, but it really complements pork and poultry perfectly. It is also delicious on lamb, but rosemary fans may like to add a sprinkle of that in addition to this seasoning.
FOR BREAKFAST SAUSAGE - I can almost guarantee this will fill any need for delicious sausage! However, as we are all unique, that includes our culinary preferences. Add 2-4 teaspoons to one pound of ground meat, depending on how spicy, and salty, you like your sausage! 3-3.5 teaspoons is my personal preference.
