* If you don't like kombucha, or you're staying away from all forms of caffeine, here's an alternate bread recipe. What you'll need:
- One package Truly AIP Rustic Bread Mix
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
15 ounces water
1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar (lemon juice would probably work also)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Gently spread evenly in a parchment lined loaf pan for easy removal. A 7 3/4” x 3 3/4” loaf pan works about perfectly. 8x4 also is fine, but will yield a shorter loaf. Bake at 375 for 60-65 minutes. Cover lightly with foil about halfway through. Brush the top with olive oil after removing it from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, remove from pan then let it cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
This is a dense and filling bread, but it makes great toast!
